Matt, a native of Vidalia, Ga., has worked in various sectors of the construction industry since 1996, but he especially enjoys the site preparation and civil aspects of the business. After earning his degree at Georgia Southern University in construction management, he worked as an estimator and project manager for Ellis Wood Contracting of Statesboro, Georgia, and later as construction manager of Lamar Smith Signature Development of Reidsville, Georgia. Matt has managed all aspects of site development, working with private and public owners of roadways, subdivisions, bridges, schools, and many others.

Doug, originally from Savannah, Ga., has been in the construction industry since 1966. After starting his own grading and hauling company in 1978, Doug incorporated into the underground utility business in 1983 when he formed Tyson Utilities Construction (TUCON). Although he is versed in all aspects of the site-work industry, Doug's special expertise is the underground utility arena which includes water distribution systems, sanitary sewers, storm drainage, cable installation, and more. TUCON is the sister company of PSC.
